Explore the history of railroads in central Wyoming and how they would affect the history of the Cowboy State. Exercise class begins with cheerful music and unrealistic confidence. Ten squats later, everyone questions life choices. The instructor chirps, “Feel the burn!” while we feel betrayal. We copy moves half a beat late, wobble heroically, applaud stretching, and limp out proud, sweaty, and strangely convinced we’ll return next week anyway.

Weston County Fairgrounds, Event Center

The Weston County Fair Board is responsible for organizing and overseeing the annual Weston County Fair.  They work to plan events, manage fairgrounds, and ensure a positive experience for all who attend.  In addition, they collaborate with volunteers and local businesses to offer a range of agricultural, educational, and entertainment activities. Fair Board meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) is a global, fellowship-based support group for individuals struggling with alcohol addiction. Through a 12-step program, AA encourages personal responsibility, spiritual growth, and mutual support. Meetings provide a safe space for sharing experiences, offering hope, and promoting recovery, with an emphasis on anonymity and non-judgment.

On Tuesday, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., there will be free tax assistance for senior citizens, provided by VITA - Volunteer Income Tax Assistance. VITA provides free basic income tax preparation to eligible individuals. For more information contact the library at 746-2206.
