NOTICE OF HEARING ON  VARIANCE REQUEST

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that K&M Welding, LLC has requested a variance with the City of Newcastle Board of Adjustment.  K&M Welding, LLC requests a variance to install archway with entrance gate to their business at 101 Divide Avenue, being a tract of land in the SW¼ of Section 28, T.45N., R.61W. of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Weston County, Wyoming.

ALSO TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the requested variance will occur on June 12, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in front of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Board of Adjustment at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Council Chambers, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701.
