Variance Request

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Dewayne and Erica Hokanson requested a variance with the City of Newcastle Board of Adjustment.  Mr. and Mrs. Hokanson request a variance for construction of a deck on the front of their house extending into the 20’ front yard setback at 525 S. Spokane Avenue, Newcastle, Wyoming.  The location is a R-2 Zoning District.  

ALSO TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the requested variance will occur on July 10, 2025 at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in front of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Board of Adjustment at the City of Newcastle, Wyoming Council Chambers, located at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming 82701.
