Whitney Rawhouser, owner/stylist with 14 years experience, specializes in all hair and nail services such as gel nails, hair cuts, colors, and hair extensions. 

Kaylee Latoree, an esthetician at Shear Designs with over 4 years of experience, offers eye lash extensions, waxing, brow tinting and laminating.

Keriann Wood, stylist at Shear Designs with more than 3 years of experience, specializes in all nail care services, from gel manicures/pedicures, to gel extensions and nail art. 

Ava Williams, a new stylist at Shear Designs, provides hair services. Graduated from The Hair Academy in Rapid City, Ava’s home has always been Newcastle. With a familiar face and good humor she is an amazing addition to the salon.

The salon is open Monday through Saturday by appointment, and walk-ins if time is available. Call or text with questions or appointment availability.
