NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID PROBATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 29th day of September, 2026, a Verified Application Pursuant to W.S. § 2-1-205 for Decree of Summary Distribution (“Verified Application”) was filed in the above-captioned Court.
The Verified Application asks the Court to establish the right, title, and interest of Georgenna Materi in and to the property of the deceased.
Any objection to said Verified Application must be filed in said Court within thirty (30) days of October 13, 2026, being the first date of publication of this Notice. If no objection is filed, the Court shall enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the property.
