David Patrick Crow was promoted to lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army on May 8, 2026. He is a 2005 graduate of Newcastle High School and a 2009 graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point. He is being transferred from Ft. Knox, Kentucky, to Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas. David is the son of Pat and Barbara Crow of Newcastle.
