LANDER (WNE) — Three men have been arrested after a Lander man reportedly died as a result of a bar fight on Friday night.

Deak Dollard, along with Justin and Jesse Dollard, were arrested Tuesday. Deak has been charged with second-degree murder, the most serious charge, along with a possible lesser included charge of manslaughter.

Justin and Jesse were charged with being an accessory before the fact to murder in the second degree, along with the possible lesser offense of being an accessory before the fact to manslaughter. The second-degree murder charges carry a penalty of 20 years to life in prison, while the manslaughter charges carry a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.

According to the Lander Police Department, police were called to the Maverick bar at 11:15 on Friday night on a report of a fight involving about 10 people, with a man unconscious and not breathing.

CPR was performed, but Evan Denevan was pronounced dead as a result of his injuries. Multiple videos were reviewed by investigators, both surveillance video and bystander cellphone accounts.

Deak and Justin Dollard are brothers, while Jesse is Justin’s adult son. Deak is a Lander artist whose LinkedIn profile lists him as a Bureau of Land Management field staff law enforcement ranger.
