NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION

Notice is hereby given that Engineering Associates has issued a certificate of final completion to Hot Iron, Inc. for the work performed for the Duff Avenue Sewer Reconstruction, 2024 Project in Newcastle, Wyoming — Project Number 23703.00 . As recommended by the Engineer, the City of Newcastle has accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents. The contractor is therefore entitled to payment of the amount due under the contract within 20 days of the expiration of the 41-day advertisement period, pursuant to Wyoming Statute Sections 15-1-113(e), 16-6-116, and 16-6-117.
