NOTICE OF BUDGET AMENDMENT HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the City Council of the City of Newcastle, Wyoming proposes to amend the City Budget for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 in the following particulars:

Increase the Garbage Fund Budget by $150,000.00 by budgeting $150,000.00 from Garbage Fund Revenues. The monies will be used for the Landfill #1 closure DEQ escrow account. 

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this matter will be considered and acted upon by the City Council of Newcastle, Wyoming at approximately 7:15 p.m. at the regular meeting held at 7:00 p.m. on July 21, 2025, in City Hall at 10 W. Warwick, Newcastle, Wyoming.
