John Bruneau Fowler, 55, of Newcastle, Wyoming, passed away in a motorcycle accident outside Newcastle, Oct. 23, 2025.

Johnny was born Dec. 4, 1969, in Antioch, California, and grew up on Bethel Island, California, where he enjoyed fishing and exploring the river. 

In 2002, he moved to Newcastle where Tiffany Kosta (the love of his life) was already there waiting for him. They got jobs at Black Thunder Coal Mine and were married soon after. Johnny was employed as an equipment operator; he enjoyed his job and made many friends in the time he was there. 

Johnny is survived by his wife, Tiffany Fowler (the love of his life); daughters, Jawnee Fowler and Audrey Fowler; son-in-law, Zachary Isidro; grandsons, August and Atlas Isidro; nephews, Jeffrey Fowler and Jason Turner; nieces, Amanda Turner and Haley Walker; mother-in-law, Terry Kosta; sister-in-laws, Tracy Fowler and Rhonda Haley; goddaughter, Diamond Gadoy; and dear friends, Bruce Hamilton, Ryan Pressey, and Mychal Minzel.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lynne Fowler; father, Wayne Fowler; brothers, Jeff and Forest Fowler; and his sister, Cyndi Fowler.

Johnny was truly one of a kind and he will be missed by many.
