Hometown Medical Clinic is excited to announce new, local Telemedicine platform

We will be going LIVE with this platform on Monday, March 23, 2020. We will be reviewing our appointments and attempting to switch as many appropriate patients to Telemedicine that we can.
We have hired new staff to help patients set up Telemedicine services on their devices. If video is not an option, appointments by phone are also being conducted.

Please understand that we are still seeing patient's in the clinic and you will need an appointment time for Telemedicine. Based on your presenting symptoms, you may still be asked to present to the clinic for evaluation.
