The News Letter Journal has reviewed the minutes of each of these four governing bodies' meetings since 2024 to determine which were the most common reasons boards chose to enter executive session and which board members most commonly motioned to enter executive session. The three most frequently stated reasons and board members for each board for the year are listed here. In some cases, the boards entered executive sessions for multiple reasons.
