Sam Swarey was a contractor for 25 years before moving to Newcastle from Wisconsin in the spring of 2025. With decades of hands-on construction experience, Sam understood the importance of having reliable access to quality building materials. After settling into the community, he recognized a growing need for a dependable local supplier. In response, Elk Mountain Building Supplies, LLC was established in October of 2025 to serve contractors, ranchers, and homeowners throughout the area.

The business features a Metal Roll Forming Machine that produces custom roofing panels, siding, and trim accessories to fit your project’s specifications. 

Elk Mountain Building Supplies also operates a lumber yard stocked with construction lumber, windows, doors, screws, and other essential materials. Customers can order custom-built trusses through the on-site Truss Shop, making it easier to complete projects efficiently. Complete pole barn and garage packages are also available for added convenience.
