Katelynn Domina opened The Doctor’s Office in Newcastle in 2021, initially in a small shop near her family’s home before relocating to Main Street. The move expanded her visibility, increased walk-in traffic and placed her business at the heart of downtown.

Beyond building a loyal clientele, Domina has continued developing her artistic reach by attending tattoo conventions, growing her social media presence and attracting clients from outside the area. She views tattooing as both creative and relational work, striving to provide a positive, welcoming environment.

She was also nominated as a 2025 News Letter Journal Person of the Year for both her growing tattoo business and her commitment to addressing food insecurity in the community. Recognizing rising community needs, Domina organized food drives through social media, offering tattoo time in exchange for nonperishable donations. She keeps a small pantry in her shop and shares meals during business hours. Her shop is open Wednesdays for walk-ins, and is also open by appointment, by texting her at 307-689-9463.
