Decker’s Market has been serving the community of Newcastle for more than 70 years and three generations. Beginning with Max Decker in 1954, the business has exemplified customer service and local community support.

Decker’s has been a regular participant and supporter of local community events and organizations, including the Support Our Schools program, the volunteer fire department, Weston County Fair, the support of numerous local sports teams, and countless other community activities. Over the last seven decades Decker’s has employed thousands of community members and now provides employee discounts and other benefits to associates as the county’s second largest private employer. Clint Mullen manages the day-to-day operations of the business.

Decker’s cemented its commitment to the community in the spring of 2020 with the opening of its new location featuring a new aesthetic, new equipment, a sit-down deli and bakery area, expanded gift shop, Cambria Coffee Shop, and Bootleggers Liquor store. Cambria Discount Drug is also located within Decker's. The pharmacy rounds out the one-stop shopping available within the store.
