City of Newcastle NOTICE OF FINAL COMPLETION & SETTLEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the “Newcastle 2025 Improvements, Phase I & Phase II” project has been completed according to the specifications and rules set forth, and Final Completion was accepted on 08/04/2026.

The Contractor, Hot Iron INC., will be entitled to final payment for this work on 09/16/2026. Contractor has provided a sworn statement setting forth that all claims for materials, supplies, and labor performed under the contract have been and are paid for the entire period of time for which this payment is to be made. All persons, firms, or corporations who have any claims for materials, supplies, or labor furnished on said project are hereby notified that any claims shall be submitted to the City of Newcastle, 10 W Warwick Street, Newcastle, WY 82701, before 09/15/2026.
