Average Wyoming gas prices unchanged in the past week

CHEYENNE (WNE) — Average gasoline prices in Wyoming are unchanged in the last week, averaging $3.09 per gallon Tuesday, according to Gas-Buddy.com’s survey of 494 stations in Wyoming.

Prices in Wyoming are 0.7 cents per gallon higher than a month ago, and stand 22.8 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.

According to GasBuddy price reports, the lowest price in the state Monday was $2.69 per gallon, while the highest was $4.19, a difference of $1.50 per gallon.

The national average price of gasoline is unchanged in the last week, averaging $3.13 per gallon Tuesday. The national average is up 3.1 cents per gallon from a month ago, and stands 43 cents per gallon lower than a year ago, according to GasBuddy data compiled from more than 11 million weekly price reports covering over 150,000 gas stations across the country.

The national average price of diesel has decreased 3.2 cents in the last week, and stands at $3.476 per gallon.
