Newcastle High School’s Haven Vrana (106) picked up a quick pin over Waylon Milnes of Wheatland in the consolation semi-finals, guaranteeing the freshman a state tournament berth. Vrana was bested in the third place match, but will go into the tournament with a fourth place seed.
