Notice of Application for Decree of Distribution

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205, Shane B. Pedersen has filed a sworn Application for Decree of Distribution with the Clerk of the above-entitled court wherein he prays that the following-described property be set over and distributed, pursuant to the Rule of Descent, W.S. §2-4-101(c)(ii), to Shane B. Pedersen: 

Lot 1, Hossfeld Subdivision, Weston County, Wyoming, being a tract of land lying in the SE¼NE¼ and the NE¼SE¼ of Section 22 and the SW¼NW¼ and the NW¼SW¼ of Section 23, Township 45 North, Range 61 West of the 6th P.M., Weston County, Wyoming, according to the plat recorded November 19, 2018 in Plat 2-84.

If no objection to the application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first day of publication, to-wit, January 13, 2022, the Court shall enter such a decree.
