The Weston County Museum District hosted a butter making presentation at the Red Onion Museum in Upton on Friday, April 21. Maggie Makousky, pictured, and Anita Shepperson of the district, showed several people how butter can be made from cream using a paddled butter churn or using something as simple as a quart jar with a tight-fitting lid.
